Дорогие друзья!

               Приветствую вас на открытии кинофестиваля «В кругу семьи»! Это праздник, объединяющий людей разных поколений, который всегда с большим успехом проходил в различных уголках России, оправдывая ожидания самых требовательных ценителей кино.

               В этом году Попечительским советом Общенациональной программы «В кругу семьи» принято единодушное решение о том, что двенадцатый по счёту кинофестиваль состоится в Ярославле. Это не только один из самых красивых городов нашей страны, сохранивший свою историко-культурную самобытность. Это город, воблике которого заключена вся сила и широта русского характера. Кроме того, здесь были сняты такие знаменитые отечественные кинокартины, как «Чистое небо», «12 стульев», «Большая перемена», «Экипаж» и «Афоня» и множество других.

               Хочу отметить, что фестиваль проходит в дни, когда наша страна отмечает день семьи, любви и верности. И сегодня жемчужина Золотого кольца России – Ярославль объединяет всех, кто выступает за возрождение духовных традиций, имеет активную гражданскую позицию, стремится нести через кино высокие нравственные принципы и отдаёт дань патриотическому воспитанию молодёжи.

               От всей души поздравляю всех с открытием XII Международного кинофестиваля «В кругу семьи», а также с Всероссийским днём семьи, любви и верности!

               Желаю фестивалю процветания и новых талантливых кинофильмов, а его участникам и гостям - интересных встреч, творческих успехов, ярких впечатлений, семейного благополучия и всего самого доброго!

Dear friends!

            I would like to welcome you to the opening of the fi lm festival Within the family! This is a holiday, which unites the people of various generations, and which has always been successfully organized in different Russian localities, meeting the expectations of the most demanding cinema lovers.

            This year the Board of Trustees of the Nationwide program Within the family has come to a unanimous decision that the 12th fi lm festival is to be organized in the city of Yaroslavl. It is not only one of our country’s most beautiful cities, which has preserved its historical and cultural identity. It is a city, which embodies the strength and nature of Russian character. Besides that, this city was the fi lming ground for the famous works of Domestic cinematography, including «Clear Skies», «The Twelve Chairs», «Big School-Break», «Flight Crew» and many others.

            I would like to note that the Festival takes place during the celebration of the Day of family, love and faithfulness in our country. And today Yaroslavl - the gem of the Golden ring of Russia – unites everyone, who speaks for the rebirth of spiritual traditions, who has an active civil position, who strives to convey high moral principles through the cinema and pays homage to the patriotic education of the youth.

            I would like to sincerely congratulate everyone on the opening of the XII International fi lm festival Within the family and on the All-Russian Day of family, love and faithfulness!

            I wish prosperity and new talented fi lms to the festival, and interesting meetings, creative successes, bright impressions, family well-being and all the best to its participants and guests
